The move to our new office location in Frederick, Colorado is right around the corner where we will we continue to serve our customer’s passenger needs. Additionally, we will be adding in-house service for buses. This will mean quicker turnaround times for our customers. We are currently searching for candidates to join our growing business to fill the positions of Outside Sales Representative, as well as Mechanics. Full-Time Mechanic (Tech I, Tech II, Tech III)
This is an hourly paid position with room for advancement within our rapidly growing company. Salary will be determined by experience. Candidates will be detail oriented, hard-working, and reliable.
Job Responsibilities
The primary role of this position will be to perform maintenance on vehicles, diagnosing/troubleshooting systems related to the vehicle, installing vehicle added options, miscellaneous repair, detailed record keeping, and complete work orders as required with strong attention to detail.
Job Skills/Requirements
- Ability to perform mechanical work on mid-range diesel-powered vehicles, medium-duty gasoline vehicles, light duty equipment, and related systems
- 2+ years formal work experience performing basic automotive maintenance.
- Knowledge of procedures and techniques used in the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of equipment and vehicles
- Skill in operating motorized equipment and various hand, pneumatic and power tools
- Commercial Driver’s License Class B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements, Company will provide some training and assistance to help obtain CDL.
- ASE Certification preferred, but not required
- Cummins B/L preferred, but not required
Outside School Bus Representative
Candidates will be results-oriented, willing to travel our Colorado territory, hard-working, and should have an interest in building long-term relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Travel assigned territory to create and continue to maintain our current relationships with school district Superintendents, Transportation Directors, and Mechanics.
- Build relationships and educate customers on products and services.
- Work with customers to develop specifications and prepare them for use. Communicate and work with customers to find solutions to their problems and needs.
- Update customer records, bid tabs, opportunities, cases, quotes, etc.
- Execute all bus bids. Approve final details and requests to ensure accuracy.
- Receive orders from customers and complete the order process to ensure delivery.
- Maintain customer accounts in company database.
- Promote our products and services by attending various trade shows and conferences.
Job Skills/Requirements
- The ability to connect with customers, the capacity to understand the technical aspect involved with buses, and dedication to serving the customers’ needs are essential for personal and company success.
- Prior sales experience in the automotive, truck equipment, mobility, and/or specialty vehicle industries preferred.
- Must be able to travel to customer locations. Overnight travel required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger & Airbrake Endorsement within 90 days of hire. Company will provide help to obtain CDL
